This issue was discussed in a bunch of threads here and no one was able to provide a link substantiating the bogus claim. 100,000 were promised and predicted, only 30,000 showed up, a significant number lower than those who showed up for the O'Rourke rally.

No one said they become citizens. However, in California, they can get a drivers license, which since President Clinton signed the "Motor Voter" law can allow them to vote. The motor-voter law allows someone to simply check a box stating that you are an American citizen and you want to register to vote. How that does NOT ENCOURAGE voter fraud, I have no clue.

California is also allowing illegal aliens to vote in local elections.
