How come the RNC has been held in Democratically controlled cities(Philly, NYC) over the last few decades while the DNC has always been in a democratic stronghold(Boston)?

Just a curious thought to ponder.

Thats easy.

Republicans have been trying to make headway in Democrat strong territory and are being successful. Democrats cant step out Democrat controled Territory without running into major problems.
