Hey Walleyes, still waiting for that cooling to start.

January to April 2012 warmest months ever for US | GMA News Online | The Go-To Site for Filipinos Everywhere

The first four months of the 2012 were the warmest on record. The average temperature for the contiguous states during these months was 45.4 F (7.4 C), 5.4 F (3 C) above normal.

Twenty-six states, all east of the Rocky Mountains, had record warmth for the May-April period, NOAA said. U.S. temperatures for April were the third-warmest on record.

The agency said 38.2 percent of the contiguous United States was experiencing drought conditions as of May 1, up from 31.9 percent at the start of the year. Drought worsened across the Northeast, Southeast and the interior West.

The US Climate Extremes Index was a record 42 percent for the first four months of the year, more than twice the average value. The index tracks the highest and lowest 10 percent of extremes in temperature, precipitation, drought and tropical cyclones across the 48 states

For March, 2012, one state, Washington, below normal. Two states, Oregon and California, normal, all the rest of the lower 48 above normal. 25 states had the warmest March on record.

U.S. records warmest March; more than 15,000 warm temperature records broken

ScienceDaily (Apr. 10, 2012) — Record and near-record breaking temperatures dominated the eastern two-thirds of the United States and contributed to the warmest March on record for the contiguous United States, a record that dates back to 1895. More than 15,000 warm temperature records were broken during the month.

You gotta have faith to be a warmer. It's like a religious experience. Now they think the world was created in 1895.

Talk to China. they are the worlds #1 CO2 emitter. 9 other countries emit more CO2 per capita than the USA.

That is true. China, at present, is the biggest emitter of GHGs. However, of the total that has been emitted in the last 150 years, the US is still the biggest contributor.

Why do you hate America? Why do you find a way to say we are or were bad & claim we must pay for CO2 emitted by previous generations. So, we were the biggest industrial country during that period. We are 10th in CO2 per person.

The EPA is a huge part of the problem.

The EPA is a farce........the biggest joke in American government. The agency has one mission.......to expand the scope of government. Its role has nothing to do with the environment here in 2012. Only the hopelessly duped feel otherwise. You ask why industry moves overseas? I give you.........the EPA.

Only nutters like those found in this forum think whales and trees are more important than the jobs for human beings!!!

Thye fuckers at the EPA dont give a rats ass about how their enforcement effects jobs.............assholes even say it publically..................

EPA official says jobs don

Most people have no clue about the role of bureaucratic inertia in government agencies like the EPA. They have one job and it is to advance the power of the agency..........by any means possible. It is corruption of the highest order...........and meanwhile, the dolts of the world think agencies like the EPA are about safeguarding the public from polluting entities..........like its some zero sum game. The level of stupidity is profound in these people..........the people who extoll the virtues of agencies like the EPA. Jobs in agencies like the EPA are lifetime careers.........of fcuking course they are going to find new regulations to enforce to "protect the public":lmao: when what they are really doing is simply protecting their seat at the table in the agency. Stupid clueless fucks out there never give it a second thought..........the dolts who implicitly trust government to be noble in its duty.:coffee:

EPA: When reality meets bureaucratic inertia | Questions and Observations

The EPA, especially in the last few years is growing into an empire!!! It operates like a virus does in the human body.........it feeds and feeds and gets bigger and bigger. It is called bureaucratic inertia............a concept far more than 90% of Americans have no clue about.

I do not hate my nation. In fact, have a little peice of paper called a dd214 that states honorable. Voluntered, not drafted. Do you?

I don't say that we have to pay for past emissions of GHGs. Mother nature does. I see the claim that the EPA is preventing the use of high effiency diesels here. I see no proof of that claim. The Toyota RAV4 EV was killed by Chevron and GM.

The customer killed the electric car. GM stopped the program before it killed them. It looks like the customer killed the electric car once again. GM has shut down production of the Volt. China & Tata motors are also slowed to a stall.

Global warming denieirs are like people who thinkthe eart is flat, they are brainwashed, ignroant any amount of informaiton wont change their opinion because facts are for liberalas

And American CO2 is more powerful than that of other nations.

Something to do with our GDP and leftists wanting to redistribute our wealth to the Third World.
