Interesting... the word 'invasion'

Some yokel replied w/ this on another forum:

The new Spanish Government didn't withdraw its troops from Iraq because of the terrorist bombing. They withdrew their troops because of the duplicity and lies of the US and British governments in justifying the invasion in the first place and the resistance of the Iraqi people to the occupying forces.

What's w/ this word 'invasion'...as if it's negative. NORMANDY was an 'invasion', yet you don't see ppl whining about THAT? I mean, POOR HITLER!! All he was trying to do was blow-off the sanctions placed on him after a conflict...right? Where are all the Nazi-Lovers?

Hitler and Saddam shared common bonds...Why is Hitler villified and Saddam (and his regime) somehow felt sorry for?
