The article is total garbage. There are over 100,000 illegal alien children in the NYC public school system right now, they obviously could not attend school if they were not able to show they were living and permanent residents in their neighborhoods.

I don't see what is different- he is just pointing out that just because the 14th Amendment makes children born in the United States citizens, it doesn't automatically mean that their parents are entitled to stay here.

And he is correct in that regard.

Regarding the education part- well he is clearly is a bad attorney since he never read Plyler v. Doe.
