Does anyone know what the letters 'LLC' stand for behind a name?
I can't find it.
Limited Liability Company (or Corporation), most likely.
Limited Liability Company - LLC
A corporate structure whereby the shareholders of the company have a limited liability to the company's actions.
This is why I ask.
Mxxxx A. Cxxxxx, The Wedding Specialist LLC
FWIW, the name of the company is as important as the name:

I thought this made her special.
its not really a corporate structure though. Its an attempt to blend the corporate and partnership structure to get the best of them both. Basically limited liability without the double taxation.
Separate names with a comma.
