Infrastructure plan ..

the latest in hydro power technologies can improve energy output; simply by upgrading.
The left are tearing out hydro power.
maintenance and upgrade, is a motion on the table now; using pot revenue.

don't worry, be happy and Patriotic.
More bullshit. But it is expected from you potheads. You need to lie to justify living in la-la land.
dear, this is the public domain.

Huh?
still clueless and Causeless?

here, let me make it easy and convenient for you:

all of our aqueducts could be harnessed to generate some power.
Dufus equates could with will.
California has zero plans in their budget to even start looking at hydro power.
Why should we take the right wing seriously about economics or the law?

Hydroelectric power is a major source of California's electricity. In 2014, hydroelectric power plants produced approximately 14,000 megawatts (MW) of electricity, or 6 percent of the total in-state electricity generation, down from 12 percent in 2013. The amount of hydroelectricity produced varies each year, and is largely dependent on rainfall. Unfortunately, California is in its fourth year of a severe drought.--http://www.energy.ca.gov/hydroelectric/

we already have aqueducts that can also be harnessed for hydropower.

The aqueduct begins at the San Joaquin-Sacramento River Delta at the Banks Pumping Plant, which pumps from the Clifton Court Forebay. Water is pumped by the Banks Pumping Plant to the Bethany Reservoir. The reservoir serves as a forebay for the South Bay Aqueduct via the South Bay Pumping Plant. From the Bethany Reservoir, the aqueduct flows by gravity approximately 60 mi (97 km) to the O'Neill Forebay at the San Luis Reservoir. From the O'Neill Forebay, it flows approximately 16 mi (26 km) to the Dos Amigos Pumping Plant. After Dos Amigos, the aqueduct flows about 95 mi (153 km) to where the Coastal Branch splits from the "main line". The split is approximately 16 mi (26 km) south-southeast of Kettleman City. After the coastal branch, the line continues by gravity another 66 mi (106 km) to the Buena Vista Pumping Plant. From the Buena Vista, it flows approximately 27 mi (43 km) to the Teerink Pumping Plant. After Teerink it flows about 2.5 mi (4.0 km) to the Chrisman Pumping Plant. Chrisman is the last pumping plant before Edmonston Pumping Plant, which is 13 mi (21 km) from Chrisman. South of the plant the west branch splits off in a southwesterly direction to serve the Los Angeles Basin. At Edmonston Pumping Plant it is pumped 1,926 ft (587 m) over the Tehachapi Mountains.[3]--https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Aqueduct#The_aqueduct_system

plan on bending over, and spreading your cheeks so Trump can blow smoke up your ass ...

(last paragraph)

The Trump infrastructure plan, by contrast, is unsound. Much of its cost would likely be wasted on private projects that would occur anyway, and it wouldn’t address many of the nation’s most pressing infrastructure needs. The assertion by Trump’s advisors that the plan would result in up to $1 trillion in new infrastructure investment is faulty. The plan would likely generate only a small amount of new infrastructure while adding to deficits and debt as a result of its wasteful, expensive tax breaks to private developers.

Trump Infrastructure Plan: Far Less Than the Claimed $1 Trillion in New Projects | Center on Budget and Policy Priorities

so the Big Developer is paving the way for other developers, and the right of way is via debt, deficits, and taxpayers pockets.

GEE,who fucking knew?
'
And here I thought Obama fixed all the infrastructure with his mad money spending. Where did the trillions in stimulus money go?

Because the left wing has had their way for over 10 years and look at the state of the economy. That is why the left got a spanking on Nov 8.

Yes, you can spew any lies you wish to here all day long.

But we all know it is lies. You are irrelevant and know it. Your only hope is to spew bullshit lies here all day long.

Your inability to post valid links to back up any of your posts shows why everyone has you on ignore.

Everything was built when Republicans controlled California, ignoramus. Democrats have added zero to the infrastructure and as we have seen in Oroville are just letting the infrastructure decay while handing illegals $30B every year.

Democrats have done nothing but regulate infrastructure out of existence.....

"City Cisterns" drilled out of solid rock for elevation purposes, could help with "water grid capacitance". Boring technologies can be advanced in this useful manner, via the "goodness" of socialism, well regulated, and State Capitalism.
