The U.S.
This GSLV rocket will be used by ISRO to carry very heavy payloads.

India's Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle MarkIII (GSLV MkIII) launches the GSAT-29 communications satellite on Nov. 14, 2018. It was the second test flight for ISRO's new GSLV Mark III rocket, and a critical step forward for ISRO since its next launch will be an operational mission carrying a mission to the moon. See more photos of India's rocket launch here!

Very interesting. It is nice to see that India has now a Moon program too.

Maybe soon the USA will be the only one country left that doesn't have a moon program. Thanks to democrats and democrat propaganda.

India has already completed two lunar trips and one Mars trip. It was an Indian mission to Moon that discovered water there.

This rocket is significant because this can carry heavy payloads to space. Therefore it will be useful in manned exploration of Moon, Mars and beyond.

Also, there is preparation for Venus mission as well.

If India had completed a Mars trip, wouldn't we have heard about it?
