I'll not be surprised to find even blue states eventually joining in, though I doubt the SCOTUS will rule against the Fed. As states awaken to what it's going to cost them; in $$$ (they don't have), jobs (which they need, desperately), medical services (most are under served already in certain specialties), and need to raise taxes, (with accompanying loss of political positions); they will find they need to act...

I've been reading up on the case a little bit. Have read some pretty spirited editorials from experts arguing both sides.

If nothing else, it should be interesting. But I suspect the plaintiffs will lose, unfortunately. State's rights have been dead for a long time. I think this case will remove any remaining doubt about that.
