What is the best email service and why?

I still have my e-mail from NetZero back when it was free. I don't use the internet service but I still use the e-mail for free, going on ten years now. In fact I still have the Yahoo! e-mail account I signed up for in 1999! I don't really want to change over all those contacts.

The NetZero interface is a bit "clunky" so in me opinion it's Yahoo!

Gmail, because it comes with everything you need. It has office apps, a calendar, and even a chat program. I even get free phone calls through gmail.
