I Highly doubt it....there are lots of houses there with flags of Arab countries flying, not many have American flags flying with them. The Palestinian flag is facing the house right next to the American flag, it's clearly visible not sure why you can see it

I can see it, but only just. It's hanging (limply) from the end of the porch's overhang.
