Sure, but it's not going to change until the people profiting from the corruption take a hit. Part of the reason CEO's are paid so much is because they're fall-guys. They're hired to do whatever it takes to score profits for investors. They're chosen specifically because they're willing to push every ethical limit to the hilt - with the owners of the company safely hidden behind 'limited liability'.

So, let's see. First, the Feds want to prosecute executives "even if they weren't involved in the scheme but could have stopped it had they known". Well that sounds entirely constitutional.

Next, what is it exactly that these awful companies did to warrant such unprecedented prosecution? According to the ever so unbiased article, Forsest:
1) "Ignored an FDA warning to stop distributing an unapproved thyroid drug." I have a question. Did the drug, used for thyroid problems, actually hurt anyone or is are the central planners just pissed they didn't get their cut?;
2) "Promoted the use of an antidepressant in treating children although it was only approved for adults". They "promoted"...Hmmm, I wonder what the means exactly. And again, did this drug actually work on children with no negative side effects? If so, it again sounds like the FDA is less interested in sick people and more interested in their red tape and the fees they collect from corporations; and lastly
3) "Misled FDA inspectors making a quality check at a manufacturing plant." Well, that settles it! Hang them all! They "misled" an inspector. No further details are required I guess.

So, after these terrible actions taken by the company are considered, nobody got hurt and they took nothing that didn't belong to them. At worst, they failed to pay off their nanny state overlords. I'd say that warrants throwing out the Constitution so the Feds can prosecute people that were NOT involved in the "scheme", don't you?

Ryan's plan saves medicare about 300 billion a year.
Getting a voucher to help pay for medicare insurance policies is not doing away with medicare.
The left is not telling you this.
You can choose between a private plan or a medicare plan.
If you choose a private plan you will probably have to pay more each month for yourself. This will be fine for those that have the money to do so.
If you choose a medicare policy the voucher will pay for it completely.
It does not affect anyone who is on it now.
Additional assistance will be given for lower income people. This is not being told either.
This is for anyone who is 54 years old and under that will get these vouchers.
