Heavy raining in south Israel causes usually dry tourists' city of Eilat to be blocked by water and heavy storm. Entrance to the city was temporary closed, so did the airport, the new shopping mall, and restaurants near the beach.

I can imagine people would be trying to fill up trucks with the stuff if it's not too brackish..... I'm wondering if it's cost-effective to send tankers down to retrieve it (including that they'd have to be cleaned out afterwards) for that use.
