Supposing there were to happen something so insane, depraved, gender mutilating, despicable, not-very-nice, and widely found to be appalling: As a threatening Tweet during a Congressional Hearing, about a witness--in the midst of testimony. The threatened witness actually expresses alarm to the full Committee assembled, and in public on multiple newscasts--directly at the time. Does that rise to the level of an Impeachable offense?

    Criminal Threats

Mostly, people get sent to jail, directly to jail: Without stopping at Go or collecting $200.00

So anyone predicts a likely Impeachment Article?

Will any Republican anywhere acknowledge that a death threat--especially so public--in the context of a Governor Christie level: Expected pattern of behavior--Rises to the level of an impeachable offense?

Soon. Many will say that the question posed is not even reaching too far.

Many things happen: Right in front of people's faces, for which the rules of evidence apply. Usual police functions are known to make the reports and interpretations.

(Subjugating Context is where it is found(?): 20 “At that time Moses was born, and he was no ordinary child. For three months he was cared for by his family. 21 When he was placed outside, Pharaoh’s daughter took him and brought him up as her own son. 22 Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, (aka subjugating tyrants) and was powerful in speech and action.)

Criminal threats? Something like threatening the President of the United States with assault or arson and kidnapping and murder? Something like holding up a bloody facsimle of the President's head? That kind of criminal threat?

Whitehall poster, acknowledging the existence of criminal threats--not unlike DOJ, Secret Service, or FBI--is still so spineless as to refuse to answer the question: Do criminal threats rise to the level of an impeachable offense?

Many can recall the bi-partisan support of the threatened witness, calls from Republicans for the Trump to go away somewhere and hideout. Obstruction of Justice was already underway: Already a settled matter in the Bi-Partisan condemnation of Richard Nixon as being an impeachable offense.

Then Ignorance of the Law remains no excuse.

    I was just thinking that.

What I am wondering is how did people like Nancy Pelosi rise to the position of Speaker of the House when practically all that goes on in the Democrat controlled House is nefarious to the point of being a horrendous political character assassination unprecedented in this nation of a man the people elected, fair and square in the American system of presidential elections.

So beautress-poster follows up with a likely Bi-Partisan Bravo that Criminal Acts are able to be prosecuted--but without supporting that when the President does that: Then it is an impeachable offense?

In effect: Whitehall-poster and beautress-poster tend to believe that the President of the USA--forever going forward--is above the law!

Policy GOP going forward into the elections is therein expressed!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(So the Moses "Exile," in similar manner: Became a subjugating-intended, False Narrative even then!)
