The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
The President can only be impeached if he commits a serious crime. Ya can't do it just because you don't like him or his policies.
A bill of impeachment is a list of charges drawn up and approved by the House of Representatives. The actual trial takes place in the Senate.
