I believe the congress and senate needs to wake-up to what Obama is doing. Listen to what he says, his words, and his agenda. This man is a Globalist and a Socialist. He is taking over all of america, banks, automobile co.'s, school loans, health care, etc., next is going to be the oil co.'s, just like hugo chavez. He is positioning himself to hand over america to the New World Order, and then be President of the WORLD. He needs to be impeached for treason, but if that won't stick, have an investigation into the allegations that he bribed congressman joe sestak, which is an impeachable offense. we have to do something before it's to late

Treason requires aiding and abetting an enemy during time of war. Congress alone has the power to declare war, and it hasn't, so you cannot, by the rules convict anyone of treason.

I understand that...but grounds for impeachment don't include the President being a Democrat, spending us into debt hell or passing laws we don't agree with...those issues are resolved at the ballot box. Impeachment is the process by which you remove a President for criminal wrong doing. Obama has done nothing that rises to that standard.

The attempted Sestak bribe should be fully investigated. Just don't expect the Democrats to investigate themselves. They have already announced that they will not be appointing a special prosecutor. So the Republicans will have to regain some power in Congress for any real investigations to move forward. Make 2010 count people.

From what I'm given to understand, the House can bring impeachment on whatever they decide the definition of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" is. Traditionally, it has only been used when a crime is committed, but that doesn't mean that Obama must be convicted to be impeached.

That said, I doubt he'd be impeached for his leftist ideology. Here's the fly in his ointment though... if the House changes hands, and he's implicated in the Sestak scandal... he'll likely end up going to trial in the Senate.

They're not going to appoint a special prosecutor so obviously they're in full cover-up mode. The only answer is to get some power back. The Republicans need to regain some power in Congress. There are now several Senators and House members calling for the people involved to come clean. What scares me though is that Obama's inner circle is crafting a lie and are getting all parties to agree on it...outside the knowledge of Obama. I believe Obama will act with integrity but I don't trust Axelrod and Emmanuel. Those are the 2 doing the damage control.
