Shock deepens in France as new tenement fire kills 7
The Associated Press, Reuters, Agence France-Presse

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2005

PARIS A blaze in a run-down building housing African immigrants in Paris, the second in four days and the third since April, killed seven people overnight, officials said Tuesday, deepening a sense of shock in France over the plight of the country's impoverished noncitizens.

Officials said four children and three adults died after the blaze broke out in the stairwell of the dilapidated five-story tenement in which they were squatting. The fire occurred in the Marais, a historic central district, late Monday evening.

One of the children received fatal injuries in jumping from a fourth-floor window, firefighters said.

Just days ago, a deadly blaze killed 17 Africans in Paris. Four months earlier, 24 people died in a similar fire at a budget hotel where African immigrants lived, focusing new attention on the plight of Paris's poor.

.....

Other officials also expressed grief at the latest blaze, which came as the government was taking an increasingly hard line against illegal immigration. None of the people living at the tenement in the Marais had documents allowing them to stay legally in France.

Yes, both Europe and the U.S. are being MURDERED by open immigration allowed and encouraged by the political elites. You invite millions of Third-World Africans into your country, support them with welfare, and then get blamed as a RACIST because they all didn't get put up in French chalets.

The idiots here aren't the Africans. It's the white French. Le Pen excepted.

Hail French patriots!

Doesn't France care about children? I guess not African children. They hate Africans. Same with most Euros.

(btw, I don't really buy into that, but isn't that what the left here and there would say about THIS administration?)

meh prejudice on your part.

Skin color is much more an issue in the Us then in Europe.

Sorry, read the above. Not true, just because 'it's common knowledge.' Kind of reminds me of the Civil War. The South 'had slaves'. The North, "didn't like negroes."

well you suggested the French would like African children to burn
to death. That is not a genuine statement that could be sustained.

Like all humans they care about children like anyone else.

Having lived both in Europe, France, Germany and England and
here, I noticed the difference in the skin color emphasis.

Dont get me wrong the Europeans (if you could throw em all in one boat)
are not better or worse then the US in regards to race relationships.

For someone that has a strong emphasis on reading German and
I suppose other European blogs I am surprised that you take the moral
high road.

Moral high road is the enabler of genocide.

Now no I dont accuse you of being on of the mindless racist.

I just noticed in my own research that the moral high road was always
used as an excuse to do immoral acts.

Thats why I think you should stay away from the stench of
moral superiority.

before this gets more 'heated', you did note this above?

Please comment, BEFORE this gets more heated.

its not heated at all. At least to me.

Its a theoretical argument with someone I respect.

Its just tossing out my ideas you can post your point of view.

I tried not to offend you in anyway, but when you post certain
information that has an antieuropean bias I d like to call you out
on it. Selective editing is something you taught me is wrong
about the media.

Now I play devils advocate and "question" you.

Rest assured I appreciate you taking the time following
the European "battlefield". While we might disagree
on some of the interpretation of what it means
in the end I hope we both benefit by exchanging notes.

We're bouncing between two threads. I'm going to give a 'catch up time' before I say more.

I might have misinterpreted your quoting.

Never mind then. :bow3:

No need for bowing, though it is appreciated. See what I posted on other thread. This is getting too confusing.
