Immigration in Texas

I witness every day the illegals from Mexico being picked up on the corner of the Catholic church to do some common labor, and I just shake my head at how our border patrol and our Texas and national government have let us down by allowing this massive invasion by illegal aliens from Mexico who pay no taxes. They just take money from here and send it to Mexico. They are leeches. They have absolutely no interest in the economy or the welfare of the American public. Something has to be done about this runaway problem. What is the solution?

When you witness this every morning, do you ever write the license plate number down of those picking up illegals to to illegally pay them to avoid taxes? Or do you follow them to find out the name of the company that is doing so, so you can report them to INS? Do you?

If not, I am shaking my head and thinking how you as a fellow American has failed your fellow Americans.

Here let me let you in a thought, if we didn't have those folks driving to that corner, to pick up the illegals, to pay them low wages and avoid taxes, life would be easier for border control folks. Don't you think? Considering if no one is paying them, why in the world would they come here to starve?

I don't have an answer except to enforce the laws that we already have on the books by the border patrol and the state militia that we taxpayers are already paying for their salaries. That obviously isn't working, going to Washington won't work, and taking down license plate numbers won't work because the border patrol already knows where these illegals are gathering, but they just refuse to pick the up and transport them back to Mexico. My solution is to enforce the law. What is yours dick wad?

I have contacted senators Kay Bailey Hucthison and John Cornyn along with representative Patrick Rose with no response. I guess my original intent for starting this thread was to get some intelligent feedback about what steps to take other than what is logical and has already been done. I was looking for an "out-of-the-box" intelligent thought process, but instead I got a bunch of yayhoo responses.

Acutally there is an answer to the question of Illegl Immigration and that is to make the path to citizenship such a uniform process that is not only fair for all concerned but is not bogged down in red tape to the point where the system breaks down. Other things that can be done is issue guest worker I.D.'s and enter those into a National Tracking Data Base that allows guest workers to enter this country for the purpose of working for periods of up to 6 months then requiring them to A. apply for citizenship or B. return to their native country for a short period untill another can be issued. C. Institute a system monitoring at employer's that hire Guest Workers and require these employer's to pay for the cost of Guest Worker Medical Care while they reside in this country. D. Allow State and Local Law enforcement to arrest any person(s) not having a guest worker I.D. and hold them for deportation by Federal authorities. E. Build and maintain a strong and secure border security system that is not only takes into account the safety and security of Americans but the desire of non americans to legally come into this country. It's my contention that the problem with illegal immigration would not be there if many steps were taken to not only make it easier to legally immigrate but do so in a manner that is secure and always keeps the safety and security of the American people as it's first priority. If we can rebuild nations, and spend billions on bailouts for failed business ventures, this problem which I believe contributes to a lot many of the current ills in this nation can be solved by redirecting those funds to much needed solutions.
