Some type of traffic incident. It's unclear where she's from, could be Eastern Europe or even somewhere like Argentina. The police apparently know, but her name hasn't been released. She claims the US to be her country and not his.

You can hear that she is being provoked. So.... no, just delete that. When you provoke people, that's on you, not the person who is being provoked.

Same with officers that are being provoked by people, and then scream about police brutality. No, you provoked him, and got what you deserve.

This lady is clearly being provoked. Stop provoking people.
