Although I dont agree with either program...there is a BIG difference between furnishing the enemy of an ally with guns WITH THE KNOWLEDGE of the ally....compared to furnishing the enemy of an ally with gun WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE of the ally.

But my guess is you dont want to know about such minor details when comparing the big bad Bush to the nice perfect gifted Obama.
