I'm so glad McCain didn't pick Romney

I don't know much about Romney myself, but I do know that Palin was a bad choice for McCain, and if Romney does have what others have stated here, then I would have certainly liked to have seen him on the ticket.

The only reason he didn't win the primaries is because he is Mormon.

That's bullshit. He didn't win the primaries because the GOP thought it would be an easier win to tout a well-known John McCain. Oops...guess not! If John McCain had not entered the race, Romney would've probably won and the GOP would be in control of the White House.
