I'm all for Prosecuting Hate Crimes

Um no someone isn't charged with a ahte crime for hating gay, black or white people they are charged for committing a crime against said people for the sole reason that they are gay, black, or white

I understand the concept But I don't really agree with it. The motivation for a crime, however repugnant, should never be a crime in and of itself.

Terrorism is a hate crime.

Anybody here want to ignore the motive of terrorists?
