Elgin sex offender facing his third burglary charge skips bail

Elgin, Illinois -- In my opinion, Salvador Sarabia, 28 an illegal alien who has been deported twice and his buddy Fidel Romero, 27 busted the front door of a house and proceeded to burgle a family home. They're not hiding in the Shadows when they bust the front door in.
They took off with a flat-screen TV among other things. They were caught by the police because inside the home was a 13 year-old girl with a cell phone hiding in the basement with her dog.
She was absolutely terrified as she spoke as low as she could to the 911 operator. The men were captured while she was still on the phone. That must have been a sigh of relief.
Neither the girl nor the police knew at the time what an incorrigible criminal Salvador Sarabia was. He had previous been arrested and served time for burglaries, drug crimes and sexual abuse of a minor and deported twice! The girl was lucky that he didnt find her or she might have turned up missing or dead.
The police took Sarabia and Romero to the clink and Sarabia was able to post his $ 100,000.00 bail. How does a poor illegal alien come up with $ 10,000.00 to post bail? Then Sarabia high tails it out of the area and is not to be found. Hes probably in the old country by now. He probably fled knowing that he could get 30 years in the slammer. He most likely figured hes too young and beautiful to do that kind of time and he took off like a bat out of Hell.
Although Sarabia had an Immigration and Naturalization Services hold against him, a Cook County ordinance passed in September allowed Sarabia to leave the Cook County jail after posting bond.
The controversial ordinance halts compliance with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer requests, which could have kept him behind bars for up to two days after posting to allow federal authorities time to pick him up for possible deportation.
The cops say that Salvador Sarabia was not in court on November 21st and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Please help find Sarabia and bring him to justice before he can hurt anyone else. Pic at LINK.
