Illegal alien kills 3, maims 3 with a .38 handgun & a Machete at two different locations in the same hour!

Manassa, Virginia – Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, 37 is an illegal alien. He is charged with three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and a knife attack. He is being held without bond and Immigration Customs and Enforcement,(ICE) has a detainer on him.

The charges will most likely be upgraded to capital murder and he’ll be eligible for the death penalty. Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro was ordered to be deported 10 years ago but he didn’t show up for his court date and became a fugitive. There are 498,000 immigrant fugitives in the United States according to ICE and he’s one of them.

STORY

Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, 37 rented a room in a condominium located at 9213 Hood Road in the Georgetown South development from Brenda Ashcraft who was the home owner.

In the beginning they were boyfriend and girlfriend. That relationship was reduced to landlord, tenant. Jose and Brenda had a tumultuous relationship which included domestic violent. Brenda was too afraid to call the police on him for fear of what he might do, according to her family members.

Brenda Ashcraft wasn’t home when Jose showed up with a .38 revolver strapped to his hip around 6:30 in the evening. Her daughter-in-law Tina Corum,34 was at the condo with her children and she told Jose that he had to leave, Jose left. She called her husband William Ashcraft at work and told him to come home. Jose then came back.

William Ashcraft, 37 arrived at the home about the same time as his mother Brenda Ashcraft, 56 it was around 7:15 pm. Jose confronted them on the front lawn. William’s 15 year old daughter said Jose said “Don’t mess with me. You don’t know me” and then he started shooting people.


Jose drew his gun and shot Brenda in the back of the head and then he aimed the gun at a 10 year old girl. William jumped in front of the child and took a bullet in the torso. Brenda died on the front lawn and William died in route to the hospital.


Jose went back inside the house and shot Williams wife Tina Corum, 34 in the chest and then he aimed at her daughter, Jazmin Corum, 15 the girl told police that when she saw Jose aiming the gun at her she ducked and was luckily only grazed by the bullet. Tina was taken to the hospital in critical condition and Jazmin was treated and released.

There were 4 children in the house at the time of the shooting they witnessed the carnage of their parents and grandma. Their ages ranged from 2 to 15 years old. Jose Reyes-Afaro fled in his vehicle leaving a grandmother and father dead a wife severely injured and a child graze by bullet. This is another American family destroyed by an illegal alien. It’s a travesty.

SECOND SHOOTING:

About 30 minutes later Jose showed up at 9625 Brent Street at the home of a friend about a half mile away from the first shooting. He kicked in the door and shot his friend Julio Cesar Ulloa, 48 while in his bedroom. He later told the police that he shot Ulloa with his last bullet. His friend died at the scene. That’s probably why he didn’t kill the children because he only had one bullet left and he was saving it for his friend.

Jose also brutally attacked Ulloa's landlady Marion Williams, 77 with a machete slashing her multiple times in the body and head. She survived the attack.

Jose knew all of the people at both crime scenes. He left a trail of blood, dead bodies and injured victims when he fled. Eye witnesses gave an accurate description of his vehicle and the police stopped and apprehended him about an hour later and took him into custody.

Close family members of the Ashcraft family said that no one had a beef with Jose and they seemed to all get along. They said that the family had different homes in the same neighborhood and that they had lived there all of their lives and that Brenda Ashcraft was there Rock.

One niece of Brenda Ashcraft said her aunt was terrified of the abuse that Jose had inflicted on her and that she was too afraid to call the police and now she’s dead. She also said this about her aunt Brenda, “She'd give you her last piece of bread, her last dollar."

2001 – Reyes-Alfaro entered the U.S. illegally in February 2001.

2002 – An immigration judge ordered Reyes-Alfaro deported after he failed to show up to his court hearing.

2003 – He was granted temporary status, which allowed him to live in the U.S. legally.

2004 – He was convicted of a non-felony assault and battery.

2006 - Reyes-Alfaro officially was classified as a fugitive.

2011 – Reyes-Alfaro murders 3 people and injures 3 others in a murderous rampage in Manassas, Virginia where he’s waiting trial.

(ICE sounds like its being ran by a bunch of drunken sailors that can’t find their ass with both hands. Why are we paying these people for a job they don’t do?)

"It's another abject failure of the federal government," said state Delegate Jackson Miller, R-Manassas, a former city council member and police officer. "Now we have three innocent victims in my city -- about a mile from my house there's a murderous rampage. I am furious. ... Yet it happens over and over and over again, and then we have to hear all of these apologetic excuses as to why we shouldn't be addressing criminal illegal aliens on the state or local level. It's just disgusting."

“A similar uproar ensued in August when an allegedly drunken driver struck a car carrying three nuns, killing Sister Denise Mosier, 66. The man charged in that crash, 23-year-old Carlos Martinelly Montano, had been turned over to immigration authorities but was released pending a deportation hearing.”

Another incident: “On Sunday, another Salvadoran in the U.S. illegally, Salvador Portillo-Saravia, was arrested and charged with raping an 8-year-old girl in nearby Fairfax County, Virginia, on December 26.”

The illegal aliens are waging war on innocent American citizens and our government applauds them on. The politicians are just as guilty in these crimes as the illegal alien criminals for doing nothing and preventing anything to be done. They care more about big businesses cheap labor than they do the lives of their own citizens. Well, we as taxpayers need to do something about that!

All of the illegal aliens are criminals whether their stealing identities, murdering people or stealing jobs away from Americans. The minute they step a foot over that border uninvited they are lawbreakers and must be treat as such. American families are being torn apart and they are suffering irreversible damages and it’s our own governments fault.

These crimes are all preventable if only the government would close the Southern border and deport illegal aliens and uphold the immigration laws already on the books, ASAP!

It’s a crying shame when a woman afraid for her life can’t pick up the phone and call Immigration Control and Enforcement and report her abuser who is an illegal alien. In this case she knew Jose would be let go and he would come back and seek revenge on her and her children. This kind of stuff happens everyday!

IMO, The simple solution is to close the Southern border and deport all illegal aliens. Then vote out all of the politicians currently in office for the reason that they have ruined us, and they’re trying to further ruin us. We can take our chances on a new bunch of politicians, since the old ones have sold us down the drain. If the new politicians won’t do the Peoples Job we simply vote them out of office and start over and repeat the process if necessary.

Personally I feel NO politician should have more than one term in any office because the longer they stay in office the more corrupt they become. That’s been proven time and time again.

More gun control will prevent legal, law abiding, American citizen’s access to weapons and ammunition. You can bet that old Jose didn’t buy his gun legally and you can bet that the gun he used was stolen and that Jose was a fugitive, criminal, illegal alien who was illegally in the country. Why should law abiding American citizens be punished for his actions?

This story barely made the news but if some American goes nuts they can’t stop talking about it for weeks and months on end. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) makes sure these stories don’t live long and that they are quickly buried from the public’s eyes and ears.

The government wants to punish everyone for the crimes of a few. It’s like one of your children gets out of order so you punish all of your children for that one child’s wrong doing. How is that sane or fair?

TOTAL CONTROL LEADS TO TOTAL CORRUPTION

Our government is only interested in taking guns away from the American people so that they can be tyrants. Then they’ll further ruin the country and make themselves and their friends rich by selling our sovereignty and natural resources.

When they have total control, they’ll sell us down the drain without fear of repercussions from the taxpayers. When they take away our guns they’ll have accomplished turning us into modern day slaves and serfs. By passing laws and removing guns from the average law abiding citizens that’ll help them achieve their every goal without opposition.

Desperate People Do Desperate Things

The solution is not to punish law abiding gun owners for every gun related crime, committed by some loony or hardened criminal with a stolen gun.

1. It should be mandatory that jails and prison systems need to make criminals serve their complete sentences.

2. They need to deport all illegal aliens.

3. They need to educate criminals in civics and citizenship and to know the difference between right and wrong and be tested on it.

4. They need to teach criminals how to manage their anger and to objectively reason without violence.

5. They need to teach them a trade that they can actually get a job on the outside world with and be able to maintain a livelihood.

6. At least teach them how to read and write. That would be a good start.

A part of the solution would be to work on prevention and the screening of people’s applications for gun ownership.

There should be a mental health competency requirement checked through a national data base. All mental health facilities should be required to report to the FBI and the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm, ATF upon request any patient with any dangerous mental health problems or who are currently on medications for mental health problems. It would be for the protection and safety of the American public. Forget about the doctor’s confidentiality agreement. When it comes to mayhem and massacre of the American people safety trumps the doctor’s confidentially oath.

Let’s review the Batman movie theater shooter, James Holmes in Aurora, Co. He had intense psychological problems and was being treated by a psychiatrist with medications for his mental health disorders. Yet, the media first painted him as the “Average American”. The Anti-Gun groups quickly jumped on this and fired off hundreds of thousands of letters to congress, demanding stricter gun laws and to do away with gun ownership completely.

James Holmes was not the “Average American” citizen. I think that they should keep a tighter rein on mental health patients rather than attacking the average taxpaying citizen who is a gun owner and not combine the two.

It should be against the law for a mentally ill person to possess a firearm.

They should take guns away from people who have or have had mental disorders in their past or who are currently on medications, or seeing a medical facility for any kind of mental disorder. Most of the shooter’s that make the news have had mental disorders. Nevertheless, they want to lump everyone together regardless of mental status.

Maybe, there should be a book and testing for gun ownership just like the DMV has for the driving test. There should be a gun range test and a fire arm and safety class with testing as a requirement. They should require multiple friend and work references and a credit report to help them determine if a person is mentally competent to own a gun.

The mental health facilities should be required by law to report to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm, (ATF) and the FBI any person with a mental disorder OR any person that develops any mental health disorders while owning a gun. Then the weapons should be removed from those mentally ill people’s possession by request or force.

For the good of nation, I think that the mental health and medical facilities and hospitals should have its own national data base. So that the FBI or ATF can request the mental health records of people who wish to buy guns.

At the very least there should be some kind of reporting agency that concerned mental health facilities and workers can report individuals to. They could report potentially dangerous individuals that they feel could be a danger to themselves or society.

They have a “NO FLY” list. So why not have a “Crazy Person Do Not Sell Them Guns” list? (CPDNSTG)
