Phoenix, Arizona – A 13 year old girl was impregnated by an illegal alien and has had a miscarriage.

Luis Vargas, an illegal alien from Mexico is accused of having sex with the child and impregnating her. He also sent nude pictures of himself to her cell phone. He told police he met the girl at a quinceañera (a Fiesta and celebration of a girls fifteenth birthday.)

Vargas is in jail and he admitted to the police that he knew better than to have sex with a 13 year old child. He was charged with sexual conduct with a minor and transmitting obscene material to a minor.

Like I said, its a cross cultural issue and it has nothing to do with the guy being a mexican or illegal immigrant. He did what apparently is an acceptable practice in his country, which is wrong in any country IMO. The illegal alien problem in this country is out of control. It needs to be taken care of. But, it is a double-edged sword. The illegals are willing to work for less money, as Americans used to do but are no longer willing to do. Not quite. South of the border illegals are committing sex offenses at a very high rate. It may be due to cultural differences, but thees guys are not stupid. They know what they are doing is illegal. Spend some time in Juarez and you can get an idea. And if you stick to the "it is a cultural thing" then you are admitting that it is indeed an illegal immigrant problem. If they were legal, and had gone through the process, he would have known sex with children, while perfectly acceptable south of the border, is not ok here.

“INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man accused of molesting a 5-year-old girl also infected the child with a sexually transmitted disease. Cultures taken from the girl at an Indianapolis hospital tested positive for the herpes virus, the affidavit says. A witness in the case also told police Oviedo has herpes, the document states.”

The rapist Jose Oviedo, 30, is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. The girl’s grandmother saw lesions on the girl’s body and reported it to the police. (he tore her) Oviedo knew what he did was wrong and to avoid going to jail and being deported he fled the country back to his beloved Mexico.
