Willimantic, Connecticut -- Fredy Alexander Chingo Riz, 23, an illegal alien from Guatemala was arrested on Thanksgiving Day for beating a 3-year toddler to death. The child died of blunt abdominal and chest trauma and the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide.

“He was charged with manslaughter, risk of injury to a minor and assault. He was held on $1.5 million bond”

The victim was 3-year-old Athena Angeles she lived with her single mother. The illegal alien was the live-in boyfriend of her mom. (Bad choice mom.)

“The Department of Children and Families, DCF, said they were in the middle of investigating abuse allegations before the child's death earlier this week.” It was reported to DCF that the child had recently required medical attention.

The State police said that the toddler was taken to “Windham Memorial Hospital in cardiac arrest. She died at the hospital.”

“Chingo Riz, an illegal immigrant here from Guatemala, admitted to police he had punched the girl in the stomach several times. He admitted that he had beaten her at least two other times as well.”

If the border was closed he wouldn’t have been able to repeatedly administer pain, suffering and torture on a 30 pound little girl to prove his manhood. The 3-year-old baby girl was sent to the hospital twice and probably needed to go for medical treatment more than that, and her mother didn’t send her because she was covering up for her illegal alien boyfriend. Aiding and abetting and harboring an illegal alien are crimes and she needs to go to jail too! Fredy most likely beat that child every day for something, until he beat her to death!

It wouldn’t surprise me if that baby’s autopsy showed broken bones, fractures and internal bleeding and bruising from head to toe.

If you think it’s “incidental and irrelevant” that an illegal alien has committed a crime in America against Americans for whatever reason. Citing a single incidence or even several does not make a point about illegals. In order to prove your point you would need to compare individuals with similar age, gender and socioeconomic characteristics against violent crimes committed, then see if there was a meaningful statistical different between the illegal population and the illegal population. Willimantic, Connecticut -- Fredy Alexander Chingo Riz, 23, an illegal alien from Guatemala was arrested on Thanksgiving Day for beating a 3-year toddler to death. The child died of blunt abdominal and chest trauma and the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide.

“He was charged with manslaughter, risk of injury to a minor and assault. He was held on $1.5 million bond”

The victim was 3-year-old Athena Angeles she lived with her single mother. The illegal alien was the live-in boyfriend of her mom. (Bad choice mom.)

“The Department of Children and Families, DCF, said they were in the middle of investigating abuse allegations before the child's death earlier this week.” It was reported to DCF that the child had recently required medical attention.

The State police said that the toddler was taken to “Windham Memorial Hospital in cardiac arrest. She died at the hospital.”

“Chingo Riz, an illegal immigrant here from Guatemala, admitted to police he had punched the girl in the stomach several times. He admitted that he had beaten her at least two other times as well.”

WILLIMANTIC, CONNECTICUT -- Rosa Diaz, 25 the mother of Athena Angeles the slain three year old girl was arrested on Monday, June 18, 2012. Diaz was charged with first-degree manslaughter, two counts of risk of injury, interfering, and making a false statement. Bail was set for $ 500,000.00

"HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — The father of a 3-year-old girl allegedly beaten to death by her mother’s boyfriend has filed notice of a $20 million claim against the state, charging it with failing to remove her from the mother’s home despite evidence of abuse."
