Illegal gets life for raping wheelchair bound woman with cerebral palsy

In my opinion,

RENO, NEVADA -- Joel Eliazar Ortega, 30 an illegal alien has been sentenced to life in prison. Ortega pleaded guilty to raping a disabled woman in a wheel chair behind a shopping mall and he also pleaded guilty to domestic violence for beating his wife later that the same day. He has one child and is married.

The Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan said to Ortega, “You are a danger” and went on to say that he was only sorry that he could only give him one life sentence. Ortega can file for parole in 10 years. He will then face the Immigration Control and Enforcement, (ICE) and will most likely be deported back to his home country where he can rape a few women and children there before he heads back to America.

We all know he’ll be back over the border within days after they turn him loose. They all come back just to commit more crimes on innocent Americans for revenge. They love it here because everything is free, free, free and the 3 Hots and Cot in jail is no punishment to them. They can do that standing on their heads.

Ortega raped a paralyzed woman behind a (nice) shopping Center at the 3300 block of North McCarran Boulevard in Reno, Nevada in 2010. He dragged the poor helpless woman from her wheelchair and ripped her clothes off and her threw her on the hard asphalt and brutally beat and raped her. When he was done he got up and zipped up his pants and fled leaving her naked battered body lying on the cold dirty pavement behind the shopping mall. They like to beat the bloody crap out of women and children in order to feel like a big man and get revenge on America.

Evidently, the woman didn’t have to lie there throughout the chilly night. Luckily for her someone rescued her shortly after the rape.

Ortega went home and got into a knock down drag out fight with his wife (again) and the neighbors called the Reno Police Department when the officers showed up they saw that he fit the description that the rape victim had given them of the man who raped her hours earlier so they took him in. She later picked him out of line up and he was arrested.

“Chief Deputy District Attorney Bruce Hahn described the crime as among the most ghastly sexual assaults he’s ever seen.”

The woman, who suffers from cerebral palsy, was not in court for the sentencing. She was too shook up and couldn’t hold it together enough to speak in court on the rape case according to her father.
