Anyone found guilty of home invasion and/or rape should get the death penalty. If it's legal to shoot someone who is breaking in your home, or someone raping/assaulting someone, then they should get the death penalty if caught doing it but arrested. At the very least the victims should be able to choose.

To me, this is why deportation should only happen one time if it has to be allowed at all. If a person comes back only to pick up where ever it is that they left off, they should be busted to the fullest extent of the law for whatever it is that they are guilty of.
