Trying to figure out if you are agreeing with me or not...

I am talking about cowards who post nasty visitor messages/PMs, but you are not able to respond unless you were to start a thread directed at them.

• A thread seems like a bit of overkill.
• Finding a post of theirs so that you can neg rep them (you obviously wouldn't pos rep them) would seem to be an abuse of the rep system, since your intent is to direct a comment to them, rather than commenting on that particular post.

Solution: If you turn off your Visitor Messages/PM receiving, it automatically turns off your Visitor Message/PM sending.

Seems to be the logical and fair answer.
