I would name myself. My first act would be to create a new position called Chief of Presidential Bitch Work. This role would be responsible for all the actual Presidential work. I'd then appoint John Kasich to that position, as he is clearly the best qualified person in the country. I would spend my time telling Congress to dispense with the partisan fuckery, and overruling any partisan fuckery that the White House staff attempt to pull. And then I would eat cheetos.
