so what were you fired for?.........2019? I was fired from a city job in 2012 and was wondering could I apply to another city job now? Or do I have to focus on state and federal only?

Ah... I had a little with that when I was manager or supervisor. But it was worse with cell phones.
At the time I had a black berry and it was too small for me to use the web so I used my city computer. So I was on a message board that dealt with employment topics and made this statement to get under someone's skin because she was mad I got the job
"when you work for the govt you get paid not to work" Then someone reported that to the Inspector and I was unaware I was being watched for 7 months. Then I made this statement and that's what got me fired. I asked this lady can I come to NY and put a passion mark on her ass cheek

No I was on a message board similar to this one and asked a woman could I put a passion mark on her ass. The reason for termination was excessive use of internet during work hours but I just let the window open which made it look like I was on the web all day
