If you could go back to college

Law school. ;) Yeah, my undergrads would help, but any would do.

I'd have to have gone to a different college...there weren't many good choices at mine. If I had more talent, I think I'd love a career as a landscape gardener. Something creative, anyway.

For just plain joy, I think English Lit.

My Masters in Divinity but after my attitude over the last week, I doubt they would accept me.

Law school would be interesting too, but I think I'm too old to go into practice now.

Philosophy, maybe. Or sociology. Or maybe something else.
I did sociology, along with political science, then later, history. Deviant sociology is interesting, unfortunately mine was statistics and survey focused on urban areas.

Everything else being equal, or say if you were wealthy enough to not to want for anything for yourself or your family?

Business Admin and economics, in order to help further my career.

If I didn't have to worry about taking care of my family? Marine Biology.

I majored in Business Finance.

If I could go back, I'd major in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

My brother just received his doctorate in that from Vanderbilt.

He's now part of those wicked 6% Republican scientists.

The nice thing about engineering is that it is usually one of the few bachelor's degrees that is employable.

Ironically, business finance? Not so much.

Cartology? Is that map making?

I think people who choose lesser-known career paths might be happier. I had a college friend who was pursuing a career as a major league baseball umpire. I hope he got it, and it was satisfying. He was a very sweet man.
