some of our Marines that didn't keep clean/shower/etc were given ''mandatory'' ''cleanings''
that was in the Fleet though, not boot camp...and it was the NCOs and lower that did the ''cleaning''
if this DI targeted them for their race/religion/etc--he was wrong
