I wouldn't call investigations into Fast and Furious a "fishing expedition" but it WILL lead to discovery of Bush having done the same thing.

And no.."Fast and Furious" will not lead to anything Bush "did" because Issa completely refuses to call anyone from the Bush administration into the hearings. He's not doing that, because he'd certainly lose in November if he did. (However we should be concerned that if he does lose in November, he'll do it anyway on his last day in office).

I am more interested in why some of these folks have no idea about our confusing and ridiculous immigration policy.

Like the "chestnut" that if you swim your way here from Cuba..the moment your foot hits the beach..you are a citizen..simple as that.

Or..if you have the money..you can "buy" citizenship by making deals with the local officials in various states.

The whole thing is a mess. And needs to be reformed.
