If the gop could rid itself of social wedge issues, they could address HC policy

If the Democrats would stop insisting on continuing elective abortion, stop funding Planned Parenthood with tax dollars, and stop denying religious business people basic constitutional rights so that gay couples can force them to host or attend their ceremonies, these would not be "wedge issues."

Please point out where gay people are forcing religious business people to "attend" their ceremonies.

That was silly.

The word "attend" in that case is being FORCED to take care of or TEND their cause. You must have missed an English class or two.

The dems compelled Akin to step in it in Missouri, and for Mitt to say he was gonna end planned parenthood. It's true, really.

Seriously, folks, it's over. Most people don't like abortions, even those getting abortions. Most certainly don't like them past the 6h week or so, unless the poor woman was raped or abused or unless something's "wrong." Most want parental consent. Arguing about it will change nothing. You're not gonna win elections on keeping fine money from sexual predators from pregnant victims who want abortions. You're certainly not gonna win it passing laws that allow businesses to fire gays. And gay marriage is a done deal outside a few states that will go red no matter what.

Your interpretation, which doesn't mean a hill of beans to practical people.

To "attend" an event means first and foremost to be present at said event.

Looks like your computer is still stuck on bold, what?

Check Websters idiot, it's there.
If BOLD is against the rules REPORT it. Otherwise STFU.

You seem angry.

No one said that bold was against the rules. If you have that deep psychological need to bold everything in order to feel like you are somehow running with the dog dogs, well, ok. Looks like we can assume as well that you also drive a very, very large car in order to compensate for something else that might, uh, come up a little short. :D

But the "STFU" is kind of funny, since that is power that you don't have here.

Now, to your deep-seated psychological need to define everything:

Attend - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

: to go to and be present at (an event, meeting, etc.)

: to regularly go to (classes, church services, etc.)

: to help or care for (someone, such as a patient)

Thank you for shooting your own argument in the foot. That was fun.

If Republicans would stop the hate, quit trying to discriminate, quit legislating women's bodies, and care more about Americans that need help than Iraqi's who hate our guts, these would stop being wedge issues. Yes, it really is just that simple.

the word was not "tend".

The word was "attend".

You do understand that those two words are not the same word, right?

Ahhhh, Conservative "intelligence" is a wonder to behold.

If I am keeping you from your Tonka toys, feel free to go back to them.

Except, it's Republicans who hate gays and other minorities.
It's Republicans who want to legislate women's bodies, hello, knock knock.
It's Republicans who want to end Obamacare and replace it with "let them die".
It's Republicans who spent trillions on Iraq and Iraq told us to leave.

Please, quit imagining things and do keep up. It's embarrassing. Just watch something other than Fox.

A person attends their cause. Or leans a given way, see it defined above. If a person attends their faith that means they follow it.

Is Dark Fury trying to say the gop will get us out of the Middle East and take better care of Americans?
Dark Fury says bomb the middle east then bomb them some more.
BOMB I.S. and Iran. Cut off ALL overseas aid to countries out to kill us and yes there would be MORE money to take better care of our CITIZENS.
