No you moron. The TARP legislation specifies that repayments are to be used to reduce the deficit. The Obama Administration violated the legislation by turning repayments into their slush fund.

Yep...it did...but it was a loan that very well may be paid back, as much of it was already.

On the other hand we had Mr. Obama say that a 1 trillion dollar stimulus THAT WAS NOT A LOAN that will be paid back would prevent unemployment from going above 8%.

And it went 25% above it anyway....and we are out the money.

I've met Carter, he actually is a decent human being. Pretty useless as a president (except he did get us a lot of goodwill in central/south America) but a decent person.
