If the FBI investigation shows that Ford’s claims are unprovable, will Dems confirm?

of course not....proving this is all bullshit.

Dems already went on record as saying they would not confirm ANY nominee.

The investigation is meaningless. It’s a stall tactic for Dems to try to drag this out u til the election.

If you think this FBI investigation will be the end of this, you are a fool.

Of course they won't. They're already whining about "temperament" because he got angry when he testified. Keep in mind, these are the douchebags who keep reminding us that the judiciary committee isn't a courtroom. The only reason this circus continues is that piece of shit Jeff Flake.

No. Senator Grassley should have told Flake that the time for an investigation was over and to vote without contingencies.

Barring that, the POTUS should have told Sen. Fkaje to go to hell and squashed any talk of an investigation.

Flake started the crap but both Grassley and Trump have allowed him to get away with it.

All the FBI can really do here is interview Ford, Kavanaugh and the people Ford claims were witnesses to the alleged attack all of these people I believe have given statements to the Judicary Committee under penalty of perjury the idea that someone will say something different now and risk jail time for perjury is highly unlikely. There is no evidence to look at here so all this has really done is give Senators in tight midterm races who want to vote in favor of Kavanaugh cover the far left Dems will try and push it farther but those like Collins, Murkowski and even Flake on the Republican side along with Manchin and Heitkamp and the Democratic side won't especially Manchin and Heitkamp if they won't to hold onto their Senate seats. Manchin is in better shape in his race but I don't think he would risk voting no Heitkamp is trailing in her race but not by much so I can't see her risking a no vote either.

They might need Flake's vote to confirm Cavenaugh.
