If a lawsuit was "warrantless" the dam judge throws it out on a Motion for Summary Judgment application. Every time. I have been working in the courts for 30 years preparing cases for trial both civil and criminal. The myth is anyone can file a lawsuit with no facts and proceed to trial with it. For the uninformed: They fixed that in the 1790s.
