She hopes her base doent insist on her running.

She would perfer to just have them send her money for looking good and winking while feeding them the red meat they ask for.

Running is alot harder than just traveling a little and giving a few speaches when the bank account gets a little low.

Her negatives are too high at this point. While Romney and Perry are running even or ahead of Obama at this point, Palin is still behind him by double digits.

On a logistical matter, she has not put together a campaign organization, recruited volunteers, raised money, recruited committed delegates or any of the other things you do when you are a serious candidate.

That be cuz she aint a runnin.
