I'll try and type slowly just for you. Mueller and the Justice Department cannot indict a sitting President, period. They can't arrest and try their own Boss. Mueller did exactly what he was supposed to do. He didn't say Trump was innocent or guilty of anything other than collusion. And collusion is not a crime. But Obstruction is. He laid it out and left it up to Congress to make it's own determination. Congress has the ability to charge and try a sitting President, not the DOJ. Mueller couldn't say if he was guilty or not as well. He left that up to Congress.

There is enough evidence according to the report that Trump did intend to obstruct and did somewhat. He tried to do a lot more but his staff ignored some of his insanity and probably saved his butt by not following his directives. But there is enough to show that he did try and influence people in the process much in the same way that Nixon did and was busted for. There were grounds for impeachment for Nixon although he resigned before that became a factor. But he did have to be punished because of the obstruction and that could have bit him in the ass after he left office. Trump is in the same boat right now.

You can sugar coat it all you wish but Mueller did one hell of a job and was extremely diplomatic about how he worded things to keep from wrecking his career.
It's fun watching you Trump haters pretend that the Mueller report is actually a respectable legal document instead of just being a huge pike of campaign dirt to use against Trump. Get this through your head, and it will save you a lot of grief later: honest legal experts with integrity laugh at the Mueller Report. Only idiot conspiratorialists take it seriously.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride, cupcake
I will. It's all downhill for you Trump haters from here on. The coup plotters are about to get what they deserve.
Coup plotters? Oh, I forgot. Dems plotted a coup so that Pence can become POTUS! Yea, ok! If this coup bullshit that you rightards keep ranting about wasen't so pathetic it would be laughable.

HAHAHAHAHA

Let's see. Do I want Trump who is slowly going to go into oblivion after this or Pence who governs more out of his Pulpit than law. This is a tough choice. Isn't there a plan C or D? Okay, I guess we had better keep the devil we know.

Actually, Mueller said that because he couldn't prove Trump's intent or motive, he wasn't able to bring charges against him, but he also said that the report does not exonerate him either.
So he's guilty until proven innocent? Trump haters are fundamentally unamerican. They reject fundamental American values, like the principles of justice.

Trump supporters fundamentally hate the Constitution and the rule of law. You show that every day you post you hate and bike against the left.
What evidence do you have for that claim? What have I said that is hostile to the Constitution to the Constitution or the rule of law? Do you accept the principle that people are innocent until proven guilty?

"Trump: I didn’t collude
Dems: Wait for Mueller
Mueller: Trump didn’t collude
Dems: Wait for full report
Full report: Trump didn’t collude
Dems: Impeach Trump

2020 is a guaranteed landslide."

Notice that she hasn't answered. That means she doesn't accept it.

Are you surrendering?

Right now, it's not up to either of us to determine that. It's up to Congress. We get our licks in November of 2020. Ask me again then.

When you cheat in an election & you are being told by The News Media & The Polls, Your Political Cronies, and The Russians you bought your Dirty Dossier from that it’s going to be “Hillary In A Landslide,” you will never accept the results of the election because it represents the idea that “Cheaters Never Prosper!”

Says the side claiming Trump must prove his innocence and demands more investigations to find some unknown crime.
The Tump haters claim Trump doesn't have the same Constitutional rights as every other American, and then they claim their critics don't believe in the Constitution. You can't make this shit up.

A central reason for the Mueller team’s failure to make that judgment, despite the overwhelming evidence of obstruction they have reported, is two opinions rendered by the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) — one from 1973 and another from 2000 — which say that the indictment of an incumbent President is “impermissible.” Mueller concluded that as an operative of the Department of Justice (DOJ), he was bound to follow that guideline, and he lateralled the decision to Congress.

There is disagreement on this issue of whether a sitting president can be indicted. But it was Mueller's prerogative to use the OLC opinion to decline indictment. Lack of evidence doesnt even enter into the equation. There is boatloads of it.

And to think that Attorney General Barr agreed with Mueller's decision to not indict, because he and Rosenstine both agreed with Mueller's findings....

And now the left is butt hurt because they agreed there was insufficient proof of a crime to charge it, in line with DOJ protocols and policies.

Go figure..... The left is never happy... I wonder how they are going to feel when criminal indictments come down on some house members and Obama cronies. Will they be happy then? Someone will be charged with a crime, but it wont be the ones they wanted.

I believe that Trump is as guilty as Hillary is for the same reasons. Hillary showed poor judgement and it cost her a Presidentsy. Trump showed even poorer judgement and it's going to cost him his second term. Neither one can be proven that they committed a felonious crime. But, damned, Trump gave poor judgement a new classification if you believe even a small part of the Mueller report.

Under the law Mueller can indict but can not prosecute. The indictment stands until the person is no longer the president and can then be tried (prosecuted).

Why is it the left is so legally challenged?

The very existence of a highly political Mueller Report, and the fact he was allowed to complete his Hoax Investigation is proof of No Obstruction.

In other words, you agree that there's no evidence that Trump committed obstruction. However, your claim that Trump is a guilty as Hillary is total fucking bullshit. Comey listed the evidence against her in his testimony before Congress.
