....KILLING is NOT an everyday event for 99.999% of humans = dynamic-UNCERTAIN-confusing-etc
there are dozens of murders for every 1 SD use
here a CCW is killed trying to take out a bad guy

No they wouldn't and the perp would probably not choose to go where most folks can shoot back.

yes they would--no one would know who is a good guy or bad guy
....so if you came up to someone who is armed--you have to kill them--they could be the bad guy--but it could be a good guy..but the bad guy would say he's a good guy
