If Mohammed was really a prophet, why was it possible for a Jewish woman to poison him?

Easy answer....shit for brains!

Did Mohammed ever do anything to actually prove he was a prophet?

What I am saying, Jesus provided ample proof of who he was, turning water into wine, walking on water, calming the storm, feeding thousands of people out of five loafs of bread and two fish, curing the blind and the lame, raising the dead, and his own resurrection and the miracles after that, including walking through walls and teleportation, with the final ascension into heaven.

Does Mohammed have even ONE miracle?

He could make a nine year old girl dance on his penis.... Does that count?

Why didn't God warn Mohammed not to eat the poisoned food the Jewish woman served him?

there were a few women, including his daughter and wives that tended to his woulds after the Battle of Uhud. That is when he was supposed to have poisoned, according to the myth

Two companions died just before Mohammad became sick. Asa'ad Bin Zararah and Caliph Uthman ibn Affan were buried by Mohammad.

He had suffered with head ache and fever before leading the prayers at mecca. When he became weak he was taken to Aisha's home and stayed there for a week before he died. He died two weeks later in the house and arms of Aisha.

Poison would not take months to begin symptoms. What ever his companions died of, Mohammad probably caught from them. If he did get sick from something he was fed, it would have been at the hands of his wives. He might also have had some infection from his wounds that was causing the fever.

Well, if Mohammed got sick, then he's only human. There is no proof that Mohammed's conversations with God ever happened. Mohammed did not convert people based on logical arguments, he converted on the threat of death by a sword. Look at ISIS and the recent shooting in Oregon. Forced conversion to Islam is still happening today.

Similar to JoJo Biden saying his son, on his death bed, told him to run for president.... Did that ever happen?????...I'm inclined to go with the muslim on this one!

I was confused by this story, too...the Qur'an says that it is incumbent upon "Allah" to "deliver the believers" but some say that Mohammed's poisoning caused the illness that led to his death.

Qur'an 10:103, Shakir translation: "Then We deliver Our messengers and those who believe-- even so (now), it is binding on Us (that) We deliver the believers."

He had 19 wives and sex slaves. Wife seven was the wife of his son who was forced to divorcer her so Mohammad could have her

Miracles don't make you a prophet.

2If there will arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of a dream, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
3and the sign or the wonder of which he spoke to you happens, [and he] says, "Let us go after other gods which you have not known, and let us worship them,"
4you shall not heed the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of a dream; for the Lord, your God, is testing you, to know whether you really love the Lord, your God, with all your heart and with all your soul.
- Deuteronomy 13

Were contemporaries of Jesus who could do magic tricks as with Simon Magus.

Claims Messiahship.

In reality, however, Simon seems at first to have asserted merely that he was a Messiah, though later he claimed that he was a god. The following passage of Irenæus ("Adv. Hæreses," i. 23, § 1) clearly defines his teaching: "He was worshiped by many as a god, and seemed to himself to be one; for among the Jews he appeared as the Son [thus identifying himself with Jesus], in Samaria as the Father, and among other peoples as the Holy Ghost""

Wonder why he would eat food prepared for him by women from his conquered enemies instead of food prepared for him by his OWN women...(no emoticon for scratching head)

His wives and followers would always have been watching. Wives usually fed him.

The premise of the myth makes no sense. Waiting weeks or months to become ill from the food?. Two of his followers died of fever and similar symptoms before he became ill.

Why do you think it wouldn't be "possible" for something bad to happen to a prophet? Are you really that ill read that you have no inkling about what happened to other prophets?

Here's a theoretical answer for your silly question. Maybe he was doing a lousy job as prophet. (You know, taking all those raping children breaks.) So God arranged for him to be, shall we say, fired.
