If every business in the world was consolidated into one single, global corporation, how would it make money?

See thread about wealth creation, and then apply that to however this new corporation is conducting business. Capital will still be acquired by people other than the corporation, and wealth will still inevitably be created. If this new corporation is selling "everything", then they will make money simply on these points alone.
