We will start rebuilding our infrastructure that is falling apart. And cities will have a few more dollars to hire a few more cops. And teachers won't have to take pay cuts. And the rich will start paying for the Iraq war they started. Or they could put the money back in the SS fund which is where they took it in the first place.
