A lot of mini-med limited benefit plans across th U.S. have applied for and received waivers.

Pelosi's district includes San Francisco. San Francisco has a city-sponsors mini-med plan that covers most hourly wage employees in the city.

As a result, there are a greater number of mini-med plans proportionately in San Francisco, and therefore a greater number of waivers being granted in San Francisco.

The size of the country has no effect on the per capita cost, dumbass. We have way too many specialists here, and nowhere near enough low cost clinics and end of life counsellors. Way too much is spent in the last few weeks of life. The hospitals have little problem with that- we have to get ORGANIZED...
