If Commiecare is so great, why has 20% of Piglosi's own district asked for waivers?

Can anyone prove that 20% of the people in Pelosi's district asked for a healthcare waiver?

More rightwing lies

It's not 20% of the people in Pelosi's district asked for a healthcare. It's Twenty percent of the waviers given came form Pelosi's district. BBut I provided a link to those who have been given one.

The 'ObamaCare' waivers in Nancy Pelosi's district: 'Corrupt'? - The Week

This has nothing to do with Pelosi: Here's what those 38 companies have in common, says Suzy Khimm at Mother Jones: Their health benefits are managed by a private company, Flex Plan Services, which directly petitioned HHS for these exemptions — as well as exemptions for 54 other businesses in five states, well outside of Pelosi's district. HHS approved all of them, just as it has with more than 90 percent of temporary waiver requests. Vigilance is good, but this is a "partisan bludgeon

You are right attack the source if obama has any connection with it.

Here's a link from the gov. with a long list of groups who have been given waviers

Thanks for the link, but that's not at all what I was talking about with Steve. He said that the government is exempt from Obamacare. I showed him it's not and you chimed in as well. Did you not realize what we were talking about?

You may want to look on that list again

All government and thats just a fast scan.

You may want to reread what we were talking about again.

Nowhere on that list is Congress, or the President which is what we were talking about.
In addition, no one on that list is permanently "exempt". They received temporary waivers.

It won't actually say that but if you look in this section you will read this

You don't think Federal employees healthcare plans aren't grandfather into the system?

Did you read what you posted? Grandfathered plans are the plans that are getting temporary waivers. You just justified why some plans get waivers and others don't. Thanks.

Ok I am going to insist you read your own links before posting them next time. You obviously didn't and we are going no where because of it.

Hey, we'll be working on health care FOREVER, but something HAD to be done. This is a compromise REPUBLICAN plan as offered by the DEMS, and passed. These waivers are ALL temporary, and the plan is flexible. Most of the complaints are PURE fear mongering because so many don't understand it, but this will cover almost everyone who want health care, and will save money from the start, with more and more over time.

No I'm not if you think I'm wrong cut and paste from the links I provided that states that I am wrong. The exact words.

These plans are flexable? right. The government does not need to maintain a profit. Their competisian does. They will put the free market insurence companies out of busy and all that will be left is them. You defenders of obamacare are to stupid to see that.

That's not even true. 20% of the waivers awarded in the whole country in April were to her district, and 38 out of 1500 waivers awarded since the program began went there.

And the answer there is a disproportionate number is simple. San Francisco has a law requiring employers to spend a certain amount per employee hour worked on health care - so there are more places in San Francisco that actually offer health care of some kind to their employees. But because the amount they are required to spend isn't enough to require them to provide major medical in many cases, they often provide a "mini-med" plan, and its the mini-meds that are mostly like to need waivers.

Then UNION WAIVERS are because cadillac plans are to be taxed. Union members aren't rich, so unions get a few years to change their plans. Sounds fair AND reasonable. But keep lying, bought off pubs.

nion members are paid nicely and the would make even more if they weren't forced to pay the union bosses.

You're a moron.

Do you deny that union workers are paid nicely? Do you deny that union members would make more if they did not have to pay the union bosses?

Exactly who is the moron here?
