I have noted that some gif animations are much faster in Firefox than in IE.

For example, my current avatar is moving much faster than it should when I am viewing it through FF, but it runs at normal speed in IE.

Is there some setting that I need to fix, or is it a bug?

Whoever did the animation set the frames rate fast. Microshit restricts that by having a maximum frames rate in IE.
You can edit the frames rate if you want to go through the trouble.

But when I open the same image in Windows picture viewer, it appears normal.

It is a little faster than normal when viewed in Corel...but not as fast as FF.

If you haven't already "noticed" a BUNCH of stuff that is changing,

not just in FF, nor IE?

    We're being tracked, and "observed."

For EVERY word, every thought we could express, every escape to music or vid we could desire.

We were OWNED the second that POS kerry told us HE fucking "invented" the internet.

WEnder where YOUR tax dollars are going, now?

Nice call! I made an adjustment and it seemed to work. It slowed down the animation in FF and didn't change the rate in IE.

John Kerry invented the internet? I thought it was Hillary! Why wasn't I informed of this?

    the better to SEE you.

I DO speak in english, but it DOES come out GIBBERISH, eh?

There really ARE things you can't say the words to explain, in ANY "language."

    We've been Pawned.

    Does THAT "compute?"
