    ask these questions:

is it possible that mr cheny was sober?

is it possible that the man that was shot was legally drunk?

is it possible that the lawyer stepped into the line of fire with out mr cheney knowing?

from a law enforcement perspective...Dick could have had 3-4 beers at lunch time...taking into consideration the meal he had for lunch and his weight... (then going hunting some 5 1/2 hours later)heck he would not have even registered on the DWI scale as a candidate...just more fishing by the DU! Not that I am a fan of Dick...but this is just pure BS!

It should also be illegal to speculate, in public, by the press, on matters like this.

    Totally disgusting.

Exactly!! Where is the line drawn between freedom of the press and slander? These nutcases are running our country by telling people who sit in their living rooms and don't have cable news how horrible anything Bush is-they believe it.

I suppose if I ever need to know if someone is drunk,I'll call a lawyer who wasn't there. They will definitely know

This guy should be considered public enemy number 1 with this kind of journalism.
