I was listening to the Ben Shapiro podcast yesterday

He had a good point. His opinion is if Bernie Sanders wins the democrat nomination than tactically it would be a good thing because Trump would win the white House and probably pick up more seats in Congress. However looking at it strategically it would ensure the democrat party and base we become more radical, and the new normal would be bad, because eventually the democrats will gain power again.
