It goes like this...

There are two kinds of fiscal liberals:
The haves and the have nots.

"The haves" are the elitest feel good snobs who are well in the protected zone from the policies they support.
Then there are "the have not" liberals who welcome the handouts from these same policies.

Then there are the conservative middle class that has to support them.
